CST One is Client Server Technology's level one maintenance protection plan that covers a broad spectrum of IT support needs for one low monthly rate. In addition to the following coverage, CST One also has a discounted hourly rate that takes effect with each yearly contract. Included in the service plan is:

  1. Monthly Server/s Monitoring: This includes all preventative utilities and diagnostics that assist in determining any potential problems. Additional all hard drives/storage needs are checked and addressed. Memory utilization as well as all Anti-Virus and Anti-Spam definitions checked and updated when required. All Event logs are also checked. Windows revisions and updates are checked and applied if server can be rebooted. Backup logs are also checked and inconsistencies are relayed to appropriate personnel. This service is performed once per month.
  2. On-Site Service & Remote/Phone Support: Under CST One Maintenance Plan, CST guarantees that response will be in hours; not days. For onsite support, CST will dispatch an Engineer or Field Service Technician to the client site within 4 hours from the initial call for covered devices. Additionally, CST One has both remote Access (VPN) and phone capabilities that ensure response within 2-hours from the initial service call. Under CST One, included is up to an hour of phone support per month as well as one Remote Service Request (RSR) call per month per server covered. Both onsite and remote/phone services are also offered at discounted *hourly and *per-call rates [enclosed]. Services are performed during normal business hours Monday-Friday between the hours of 9-5.
  3. Licensing Inventory & Updating: This has been a growing need for clients who do not know where they stand with licensing; user/desktops, notebooks and servers and keeping on top of an accurate count of what they have. This includes all software inventorying and revisions to ensure all packages are up to date as well as utility software to ensure all tools are current and in place.
  4. Discounted Hourly Rates: With the CST One contract, clients also receive a special discounted hourly rate for any CST Engineer or Technician. Travel time as well is discounted and only billed one-way versus two-way travel billed under Time and Materials.
