One call does IT all

The process begins with a single phone call to CST's main dispatch. During this call, CST logs all the information ranging from client contact, location, contact number and a detailed list of the problems or requirements for the service call. If the issue can be resolved with a CST Technician within the first 10 minutes of the phone call, there is no charge. If the issue requires an onsite service call, a work order is entered with specific information pertaining to the issue and the CST Technician is dispatched within hours [response times guaranteed with maintenance contracts]. Upon arrival, the CST Technician will have the equipment, tools and resources to repair and/or replace the unit as per the direction of the client. If it is determined the unit can be repaired at a cost-effective price, CST requires a client to authorize the repair and the technician repairs, cleans and thoroughly tests the unit to ensure it is working to the client's satisfaction. Once the repair is completed and the client signs the approved repair form, the work order is closed and sent for billing. All repairs include a 30-day warranty and post warranty technical support is provided for the life of the equipment.
