I know that with John, you and your staff all of these new endeavors will undoubtedly succeed During my time serving as the Manager of Technical Services at Eastern Connecticut Health Network (ECNH), I had the pleasure of using the services of Client Server Technologies (CST) on fairly continuous basis. We used them on large projects, day-to-day break fix maintenance, equipment repair, and also for equipment purchases. We started using CST's services when we were Manchester Memorial Hospital for equipment repair, starting with Sperry/Univac terminals, then Memorex/Telex, IBM terminals and finally Personal Computer/Printers. The number of years we used CST can serve as evidence of the quality of service we received, and as far as I know, ECHN continues to receive. On the purchase side, equipment/software was reasonably priced and very timely. If we needed something last minute, it was always provided in a reasonable amount of time, without paying a premium. Quite contrary, the last minute acquisitions were purchased at discounted rates. Often Buzz would go to all his contacts to find us the most expeditious and economical deal. This included file servers, desktop and laptop computers, network equipment and printers. As for services, CST's participation on large projects was tailored to our needs, rather than CST's, as opposed to some other vendors we used. They would either serve in a leadership, advisory or subordinate role, whatever was needed. On break fix occasions their staff responded and resolved problems as quickly as possible, with a minimum amount (if any) rework. It always amazed me that for a small organization they were able to obtain the necessary staff, with the appropriate expertise to support our varying needs. On a personal note, I always enjoyed dealing the Buzz, John and his staff (especially Leslie). They were always pleasant and professional, and as I stated previously, bent over backwards to help us out. I enjoy dealing with these guys so much that I strive to stay in touch even though, in my new job, I have no need for their services. If ever I do again, I won't hesitate.
