For our larger clientele [50-2000+ users], CST is called upon to perform a multitude of tasks solely or in conjunction with their IT departments. For example, CST has an ongoing IT support relationship with a global healthcare firm that has local headquarters with locations throughout the state of Connecticut, and remote offices around the world. From desktop migration assistance and remote notebook deployments, to day-to-day repair services and filling in on the help desk during maternity leaves, Client Server Technology's strength continues to be both our flexibility to each client situation as well as our ability to adapt to each client environment.
Currently, CST has dedicated technical staff on a permanent part-time basis with both hospitals and insurance corporations, where our staff fills in many gaps to assist in their day-to-day IT operations. From deploying/rolling out desktops and notebooks to working with CIO's & MIS Directors in developing complex Cisco security plans, CST has the staff, resources and experience to be an invaluable resource to help augment our larger client's staffs when needed.
