From network engineers and help desk professionals to field service printer technicians and office administrators, CST employs, trains and retains some of the most experienced, dedicated and knowledgeable IT professionals in Connecticut. In addition to their technical abilities and education, CST's staff has the unique combination of interpersonal skills and business acumen that fosters a trust and bond with all of their clients. of CST's client projects, support services or help desk solutions are farmed out to any overseas, third party outsourcing venues, and during the workday, our clients will always speak to a live CST representative, not an auto-attendant voice messaging menu.
Additionally, every client of CST is assigned a lead engineer and/or consultant so they have the familiarity and comfort level in dealing with a single person, however, every member of CST's technical staff is versed on each client's technology operations. This ensures that if an engineer or technician happens to be at another client site, out sick, or on vacation, their CST peers will be able to jump right in and not miss a beat.
